"SATURNINE"

Rachael Haigh

Follow into the fallow,
little prince.
Some blasted heath wherein
dwells that priest, Saturnine.

From Arkhamville fled,
out towards the moors,
where the choir of the cosmos
sings the loudest.

Eldritch investigator—
a spy for sanity—
watches as the priest
conjurors blasphemies.

Shadows and madness,
cut thorough and bleeding,
Oukranos flooding black.

Nibiru, primal being,
bringer of cataclysm,
comes storming back.

So, Gabriel, blow the trumpet.
Let archangels descend,
and planets collide.

From whence we came, little prince,
to where we dine.
The dust between the spheres

Are now Saturnine.
